Not another summer morning it was,
The heat was there but not from the sun;
Not another moment of pleasure it was,
The time was moving but not for us;

Not another hug it was,
The touch was there but of hearts;
Not another wave it was,
The burst was there but of our emotions;

Not another alluring look it was,
Lust was not love was allover;
Not another pair it was,
Intimacy was there but of the souls;

A desperate desire it was,
Its thrust was of a volcano;
An exquisite feeling it was,
The winds took us to euphoria;

A picturesque smile it was,
It has an aesthetic touch of nature’s harmony;
A blissful moment it was,
The profound emotion made us feel bestowed;

A breathtaking gesture it was,
Its mystifying grandeur turned me to zilch;
A day of July it was,
And the never ending journey has begun;
